Top hat??? Can I read the card?

Originally the idea was to do a Top Hat and Insight combo but it rarely ever fired in testing. It proved just as good to bluff it, and it will occasionally pay off if you end up wanting to go deeper after you whiff on a Stargate run. Also helps occasionally if there's agendas second and third card but you can only go back to R&D once.

Did pretty well at the PAXU East Coast Championship for having such a poor pilot. Big props to DanB for organizing; it was a blast!
