Temujin Contract really is good. You could cut Femme and Temujin for a clone chip. The 2nd Femme is definitely a flex slot in terms of influence, but I feel that with retrieval run its not a bad call and lets you deal with annoying servers such as double lotus field or double data raven. I feel that Temujin is so busted good that its better than clone chip for MaxX, which is crazy considering her ability and how useful clone chip is for it.

I'm not yet convinced there is a reason to do a build like this in MaxX over criminal, but being my first love she gets priority. Enjoy!

Temüjin Contract seems pretty slow for Maxx to be honest. Do you find that to be a problem? I may be bias since I play a lot of very aggressive Maxx and I don't like MaxX to be slow. Just curious. I do agree that this type of build probably is better in criminal or maybe a val list.

Hmm, I don't think so. I feel like its one of the fastest cards in the deck. I tested it against some otherwise bad matchups (such as Hinkes IG), and the deciding factor was often whether or not I had it in the opening hand. Val decreases the chance of this happening which is a huge downside. I decided on MaxX for reasons of cheap draw, and also just because testing the new paperclip out. Temujin is an obvious include in most criminal decks (spycam and au revoir excluded), and I've also seen some interesting stuff done with Shaper style Katman decks (replacing desperado).

All in all cool list though!

I tested it. Having 1 or 2 of so many cards, was really problematic with MaXX. I thrashed so much useful stuff that it came as a joke to my opponent. 1 in the deck means 2 times on 3 you will trash your beloved useful card, unless you draw once or twice a turn which defeats the purpose of this identity. So I will probably tweak this deck and make it so that every mandatory card is at least 3 times in the deck, because it really exposes you to bad luck.

While I like the rush intent of this deck, it looks really fragile. And against Cybernetics Division: Humanity Upgraded, it was an awful matchup. It feels really random, but fun.

Yeah the more and more I played this deck the more I realised I had to shelve it. I think a few of my practice games I got really lucky because since I wrote the thing its only given me worse and worse results. Good luck with your modifications, I'd be keen to see how it goes.
