Deck valid after Fifth Rotation |
It was bad enough to see Steve bring back Diversion of Funds and push down our throat 4 to 5 times. But when it is Apocalypse that is coming back to the Grifter hands, it is worse.
Mulligan plan : Have cards that give you credits.
Game plan : Trash the board and push on centrals.
A second Apocalypse themed deck, after Keung of Centrals.
This one fares differently. For starter, the breakers are better. Revolver is the best killer, period. Considering we won't be using it for more than 2 or 3 ices, it is just better for our purpose in every ways. Also, Tycoon is a great fracter. The numbers are great and the cost to install is even better than the best fracter. Finally, I went with Abagnale over Cat's Cradle because we intend to use this for a very short while and trashing it to bypass the last ice, when it would be dead to us anyway, that is very sweet.
The rest is about being rich. At first, the plan is to setup by getting as much credits as possible. Then, once we have our 3 breakers and more than 20, we do the run, using our run events if possible. After, we check centrals while slowly rebuilding by getting needed cards in hand from our ID.
The plan is straightforward and usually effective. The ID is good against problematic corps like Jinteki: Personal Evolution and Weyland Consortium: Builder of Nations and you'll usually be rich enough to not have to worry about Hard-Hitting News or Punitive Counterstrike.
Cheers!
