Salvo Testing as an ID is pretty crazy. The game plan here is to rush agendas as hard as possible for early gearchecks. It's perfectly okay to go broke scoring an agenda or two early because this deck quickly transitions into a very threatening fast-advance deck with Bifurcations out of hand and Ontos having an advancement requirement of 0.
