This is as good of a strategy for BWBI as I can muster.

Make use of Executive Boot Camp to rez 'advance only while rezzed' ice and gain a small econ boost. Also nice for will-o-wisp. Good to grab Jackson Howard in a pinch.

Single advance most of the time to make use of the recurring credit, 4/2 agendas. 1 over advanced on atlas is good as well for threatening scorch.

I don't think that this ID is good (a really good contender for worst ID), and I haven't won playing with it. Still, food for thought.
