Been having lots of fun with this on Jinteki.net. Hadrians wall is a BEAST here as is the Root. People either hamstring themselves at the start by checking and trashing costly assets or leave them alone and let me gather cash up to support hadrians. I was using NAPD for a while, but it does not play well with hostile. I'm considering removing a changeling for something like negotiator for a little more teeth/tax...
