Renovator of Nations

Played this ID for a few days now and wanted to share my experiences with it so far and explain the ideas behind some of the choices. The deck might be trash and the ID isn't the greatest but here goes.

The deck has two win conditions. Scoring ideally, you want to send home a couple Oaktown Renovation and a Hollywood Renovation or vice-versa. I feel advancing the Hollywood Renovation behind a Wormhole is a decent shot letting you rez it for 3 on the next turn and getting it home.

The other win condition is through getting rich and Midseason Replacements. There is an The All-Seeing I in here as additional tag punishment and it has been ok so far.

The Data Raven often forces an end-the-run and has some synergy with Wormhole. If a poor runner stumbles into a Wormhole with a Data Raven rezzed, you can get your tag that way.

Ichi 1.0 is there to hopefully force the runner into an uncomfortable position spending clicks or credits where they don't want to and also can tag the runner (though rarely).

Crisium Grid is there mostly to stop Account Siphon. You want to be richer than the runner and then make your move.

High-Risk Investment is there to get some money should you happen to score it.

Ideally, you shouldn't have to advance ice manually though you may want to do so. With the 40 card deck, the hope is that you get rich fast and start to push agendas while you have the monetary advantage or in a secure server. Also, you will find triple Scorched Earth more quickly should you need it.

Do you not find that you are really short on ice at only 10 pieces, even in a smaller deck? Even more so when 3 pieces are not useful turn 1.

I also think finding the influence for a Psychographics would really help your score out game vs runners with lots of kill protection (of which there will be more and more with BOOM on the horizon).

@Phoenix Ice has never really been a problem from my experience. Psychographics is defo worth consideration now that #Mausolus will likely replace the imported ice.
