Even though this build didn't perform as well on the day, I still think it has game--Mausolus and Hortum are really spiky pieces of ice and backed with Sandburg can be unmanageable for runners. Colossus is an amazing piece of ice which can be used to punish the biggest threat in Cache Refresh meta which is Dedicated Processor-Yog. Overall the game plan is to rush out an Armored Servers or Firmware Updates early, then build up a bankroll so that your ice suite is unmanageable once Sandburg is online. Anson Rose is not nearly as slow as he looks like, as you can throw down a single advancement here and there to create a credible threat a turn early. Unless you're on six points, a never-advance install does not appear to be a pressure play, and you can close out a game with a Red Planet Couriers on a 5/3 that didn't appear to be scoreable.
The only necessary change is that I'm too all-in on advanceable ice. Thirteen is more than necessary and there are other options that don't need to be powered up. I'd cut it back to nine--three Colossus, two each of Ice Wall and the Code Gates, and cut Shadow entirely. It's only there to be an inconvenience if they try to farm Archives for Temujin money.
