I'm terrible at naming things, sorry. This deck went undefeated during the tournament. Most wins were flatlines and IIRC 3 were from agenda points.
It's a somewhat standard butcher shop deck. One deviation from the standard is the lack of Pop-up Windows. While testing this archetype out I noticed that there are very few runs pre-midseason, which is when you would need the income. Afterwards it doesn't matter as much, so I removed them and never missed them. In addition I added a one-off Closed Accounts which, combined with a Breaking News-score, outright won me a couple of games where the runner was sure to out-money me.
In anticipation of Whizzard/Scrubber-decks I also added two restructures and removed one Pad-Campaign.

It's something that'll help more often because at worst it'll discourage runs. Very few killers are worth burning on taking that, it should hinder or slow a runner early at that price. |
How often did Cortex Lock help? I keep seeing it in Butcher Shop, but I can't see how it's more useful than a Reclamation Order or Archived Memories.
