Is there a way to make a headlock-style deck work in the NAPD Most Wanted world?

I believe I have accounted for the NAPD MW junk (2x Clone Chip, 2x Parasite, 1x Yog.0 = 5 less influence to work with). May have to look into Retrieval Runs and Deja Vus instead of Clone Chips just for influence sake. Yuck.

Suggestions are hugely welcome.
