Can't stop the run

The goal with this deck was to control the runner through the agenda's used. Labrynthine Servers makes it so that they can't jack out, Nisei means that if they run on something vulnerable than you can halt the run, and the ability it's self jumps from server to server choosing where the runner goes. At the end of the day the only choice the runner has is when to run, not where, or how, and no one can stop the run.

When played in a local store tournament, it placed 3rd out of five, for some reason I couldn't land kills, despite it hitting for eight net damage in one run.
