So I got really tired of seeing never run Noise decks. I'm also a guy who likes to run, A LOT, when I play Anarch.
I've always liked Noise's ability, but never liked the idea of just hanging back and installing a bunch of viruses. I more or less just viewed his ability as a passive thing that could screw the corp up. Then I saw someone play an Eater + Keyhole deck, and I knew Noise needed to exploit this!
The point of this deck is to just trash R&D as much as you can. Whenever you have enough 's to make a Keyhole run, do it. My biggest problem with Noise has always been his economy. I know plenty of Noise decks run the Cache + Aesop's Pawnshop combo with usually Sure Gamble or something, and that's fine when you aren't running, but this deck is meant for running. So it has a lot more econ cards, and it's pretty solid. There have only ever been a few turns were I was clicking for 1.
Pawnshop, Cache, and Clone Chip are all pretty standard in Noise. Hades Shard compliments Eater + Keyhole well, and just gets better with Noise. Express Delivery is there because I had an influence left over. I chose it over Quality Time because I'd much rather pay 2 less, and I only have needed to refill my hand after I ran through a 3 ice deep R&D with a Valley Grid in the pocket. So Express Delivery is there to dig for either Keyhole or Grimoire.
Corroder is in the deck in case a random Wraparound shows up, so we aren't having to dump a ton of 's into breaking a single subroutine. I considered putting in a single Mimic for Swordsman, but with 3 Parasites and 3 Clone Chips, I'm not too worried about him.
Hacktivist Meeting is in because with Eater being the main breaker, a single ETR ICE will keep any sort of asset economy safe, so this makes it a bit more difficult for the corp. In all honesty, I really wanted to add it because I hate running into a Housekeeping or an Enhanced Login Protocol, so this gives me a way to get rid of them.
You don't need Aesop's Pawnshop in your opening hand, or at all really to have the deck operate. I don't mind CCing a Cache if it'll give the 's to Keyhole run. I'll also use I've Had Worse as a draw card to be aggressive rather than defensive. Got to keep that pressure up. This deck is quite good, I've only lost once with it, and that's because I got way too get greedy. I had six points of agendas, my opponent had 3, and only 5 cards left in his library. I decided to Keyhole run when he had Valley Grid installed on R&D, which set me up for him to kill me. I should've just kicked back and installed a couple of viruses. But you play and learn right?
I have a lot of fun playing this deck. When I first picked up NetRunner, Noise was my guy, but I could never really make a good deck that I enjoyed playing. Well this is it, it's aggressive, has consistent economy, and keeps the corp on tilt (exactly what Anarch should be doing in my humble opinion). With Eater + Keyhole and Noise's ability, you should have no problem burning through their R&D, trashing anything of value (Riot).
Try it out and let me know what you think and/or any changes you would suggest/problems you had with it.

FWIW i'm going to playtest a lot with this and the changes i just mentioned (your deck in essence tweaked for my play style) and i'll report back how it goes. Amped about this as iv been echoing your sentiments regarding noise for awhile - i love the aggro, hate how weak he is at bringing it to the corp when you want to! |

I think dropping Express Delivery and an Armitage Codebusting for a Gorman Drip v1 (back to 45 cards) would be great actually (I don't have a copy of Opening Moves yet...can't find one except online for like $50). For dropping a Grimoire, that seems risky, because you really really need the memory (you can't have Eater + Keyhole and enough for Parasite + Datasucker, so you want to see Grimoire earlier rather than later, where with only one copy, you could just get screwed out of seeing it. I've honestly considered trying to find room for a 3rd one in here because I think you actually need it for this deck. But I'm all for trying to fit in Lamprey or Hemorrhage into this deck. Anything to help put the corp on tilt. You could try to get rid of the Hacktivist Meetings, they are really only there to get rid of other currents (ELP, Housekeeping, and Paywall hurt/are annoying). |

Hacktivist Meeting is great, it combines well with lamprey for added HQ pressure. I think it should probably stay. Will test both i guess. I know what you mean about grimoire, but i think the speed you find the other pieces is going to be comparable to the speed you find grimoire. Maybe just go to 46 cards to fit in 2x? |

derp, not 46 cards, it already is, not sure what to carve up to get the 2nd grim in then. |

What about the Express Delivery for the Gorman Drip v1 like you said, then drop just 2 Armitage Codebusting for 2 Lamprey. That way you stay at 46 but keep the 2 Grimoire. You could also go for less consistent draw and replace Wyldside with Earthrise Hotel, and that opens up 2 slots no longer needed by Adjusted Chronotype? With that you could even just drop 1 Armitage Codebusting for a 3rd copy of Lamprey / any other virus you wanted |
I like this a lot. I mean A LOT. I do think you need a few more viruses though. The mill is real. Im really into this direction with noise though, using the mill in between keyhole runs to massively pressure RnD. I would drop the express delivery (really not needed with wyldside/chronotype) for a gorman drip and go down to 2x armitage, 1x grimoire (again with wyldside you WILL see grimoire when you need to, thats been my experience anyway) and fit in 2x lamprey. With eater lamprey really sucks (pun intended) and will almost certainly force a purge at some point. Free turn! YAY! ANOTHER KEYHOLE RUN!
