Thanks to Sokka234 for trying a variation of this deck on stream. All the insights of Sokka234 changed the deck. Check out the stream : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SljZnh8mbM0&t=3139s
Here is the idea of the deck : the runner runs a server with Drafter with Ganked!. We put the counter of Project Kusanagi on it to add 1 net damage. The runner then trigger Ganked! and is forced to pass Drafter again, thus incuring 1 net damage. Using Drafter, we put back Ganked! to repeat this until the runner is flatlined.
The mulligan plan : maximum one agenda, and you will want ices early.
Of course, since it is a combo deck and I like 40 cards decks, I did not add 4 cards to get to 44 cards, unlike Sokka234 on stream. This make the combo more consistent and with a high variance. Its is a matter of preference for a more janky deck. You should probably add 4 more cards. I would suggest two more ices and either Genotyping or Hasty Relocation. Those cards enable Jinteki: Restoring Humanity.
Trick of the deck : to help make sure the Drafter is unbreakable, we'll use Helheim Servers to boost its strenght, thus ensuring the subs will trigger. Also, we'll use Shipment from Tennin to score a Project Kusanagi with 3 advances, from hand.
Tech cards : NGO Front for a single bait. Genotyping and Hasty Relocation to enable the ID whi
Obokata Protocol and Bacterial Programming will help a lot to delay the runner and they will usually prevent them from stealing two agendas in a row.
The ices are cheap so that you can tax the runner early while bluffing that you could do more. But I could see other ices used here, like Vanilla or maybe even Anansi.
Again, thanks to Sokka234 for streaming and sharing his insights in deckbuilding. It was fun and informative to watch. You can see his deck here :https://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/9101f8e4-f00b-4b75-9184-522fbc69dbee/kusanagi-otk-as-seen-on-tv-
