Here's a little experiment I've been working on. Hammer centrals all day long with run events and multi-accesses until you Apocalypse.
Ken "Express" Tenma: Disappeared Clone is a fairly decent source of economy when backed by a Public Terminal or two. Early Bird, Dirty Laundry, and Account Siphon help to trigger Ken's ability while also gaining money in their own right. Bank Job and Sure Gamble give good bursts to your ill-gotten gains. After you blow up the world, trade your busted breakers and terminals in at Aesop's Pawnshop.
The central breaker suite are decent breakers, and since our plan is to Apocalypse they're all we'll really need. Inside Job can get us into lightly defended remotes if we need to. The Maker's Eye and Legwork are our multi-access cards of choice. They aren't affected by Apocalypse, but are still successful runs so we could Early Bird, The Maker's Eye, Legwork, Apocalypse and then drop a Plascrete Carapace or Aesop's Pawnshop all on the same turn. Feint also allows for easy HQ runs and is a good combo with Bank Job since we aren't accessing anyway.
As already stated, Aesop's Pawnshop helps to get you back on your feet economically. Special Order pulls the extra copies of your breakers out of your deck, setting you up for your next round of destruction.
The deck seriously needs card draw. John Masanori, Mr. Li, or Earthrise Hotel would be great additions to the deck. Also, two Femme Fatales would be great for getting in to remotes that are two or more ice deep.

Add in a Mongoose for early remote checking, and replace Bank Job with High-Stakes Job. Win. |
1) Just to point out Feint and Bank Job do not play nice as you suggest. Bank Job is remotes only, which is why it's going to be difficult to pull off anyways, unless you are against the likes of NEH against which you have a good match up anyways. You would probably do better with another economy source.
2) Your foodcoats match up looks like it could be difficult - have your tested it?
3) Do you think that finding room for 3× Faerie would be beneficial for early facechecking? It's such a good card and can save a lot of money vs the likes of Komainu.
