Like the deck for sure.
With so many Test/Run scavenges and ability to stimhack a ton of value, why not Torch over Garotte? Also, corroder seems the week point of efficient breakers (assume that Garrotte usually gets the Dino due to squeezed memory with Magnum). With 3 scavenges, 2 clone chips, 3 test runs, maybe make room for 2 cerebus by dropping corroder and maybe a public sympathy? The influence could let you swap in an HQI for an RDI, because they'll probably ice R&D to high heaven why they see shaper. That would give you plenty of cerebus recusion ( up to 9 times cerebus with times in game if you want). Other than that, a Deus X for PE (and twins decks) might be good include.
