Adam deck going all in on "unused memory" cards.

Unless the matchup dictates otherwise, this deck assumes you're starting with Always Be Running, Find the Truth, and Neutralize All Threats. There is a single Safety First to play once your hand size is sufficiently large from Brain Chip.

6 influence on e3 Feedback Implants because not having one sucks REAL bad and all of your icebreaking methods need it:

Early Game - Always Be Running

Mid Game - Overmind + ABR

Late Game - Sage for Barriers and Code Gates, ABR/Overmind for Sentries

Remaining influence is spent on 2 x Hostage and a toolbox of Connections:

Patron - MVP in testing. Using your mandatory run on archives to draw 2 cards AND see the top card of R&D is the best. Much value. Also lets you run on unprotected remotes without having to trash them due to Neutralize All Threats.

Scrubber - Once you are in a position to Neutralize ALL the Threats, he's your man.

The Source - Suddenly becomes awesome with Dr. Lovegood blanking it on your turns.

The Supplier - This guy, along with the Career Fair, really smooths out your economy.

The All-Seeing I salivates at the sight of your 20 resources so keep your credits up until you find a New Angeles City Hall against NBN.

Econ package is every neutral econ card in existence. The end.

Seems a nice build. I'm thinking about switching Patron with 3 Off-Campus Apartment. With the supplier, it would give you draw for free. Seems solid! I'll post my build soon.

Q: New Angeles City Hall and The Source want to be blanked by the Dr. Lovegood. in the same turn, doesn't that give you problems?

@Il_Falco Not a bad idea, though it does increase the risk of a stray tag sneaking through blowing up all of your resources. That and I've grown reeaaally attached to Patron!

I do find myself wishing Dr. Lovegood was not Unique. The two cards you pointed out, along with all of the Directives, are all vying for his attention. Depends on the matchup/situation, I suppose.

@Lttlefoot Good call. Dropping down to 1 Scrubber might not be the end of the world. Film Critic would be another way to get around the downsides of NACH and The Source, in addition to everything else she does.
