Almost all of my wins are agendas victory so giving no incentive for the runner to run the remotes is actually beneficial for me. The traps are basically just Trick of Light reserves, and if the runner gets tempted to run them just once then they are gonna have a bad time. No Ronin in Jinteki is like no Scorch in Weyland, even though you don't run it, the fear is still there. I don't like Ronin also because it's dead in early game, where you need econs so badly. In my latest version I turn back to 2 Viktor, yeah the RSVP didn't pull its weight. Trick of Light is so good really. |
I tested RSVP this week and felt like it didn't do enough for its influence cost.
I notice you completely cut Ronin. I think that's a mistake -- if the Runner figures out that you have no Ronin, they have very little incentive to run your remotes.
