Maxwell James was an allstar, favorite move with him was running HQ, installing Maxwell, derezzing a remote Tollbooth, installing another Maxwell and derezzing the other Tollbooth, and running in on last click to steal from him with him at 7 credits.
Levy added because that's really the only way you beat Obokata in CR.
