Barely different from my last Smawke, but I didn't want to lie to ABR. -1 Mad Dash, -1 Beth, +1 SMC, +1 Escher(!).
Went 3-2 at Brighton SC. Beat 2 CI before I found out what they were trying to do by aggressively tutoring for Equivocation and getting accesses the old fashioned way. Beat a CTM thanks to Escher moving Ravens away from QPM and then sustained R&D pressure. I added Escher as comedy spice and - for one game at least - it totally earned its slot. Lost to Wilfy CI that locked up centrals and Austerity when I was unable to draw breakers. Lost to Door to Door MN, aka The Worst Deck.
The 3rd SMC was great, good shout from Chris Dyer. Cutting down to 1 Beth was fine. Ignore the haters, I'm a Maw apologist.

Not sure I recognise Wilfy CI, are you thinking of wifey CI? Smawke is a lot of fun, I should try it out again. Escher is a nice touch. |
Escher stories are always the best stories.
