Kikai 3013
This is the Comrades Reg Val list from Worlds with really minor alterations:
- Cutlery (Knifed and Spooned) instead of Mad Dash - because FC3 and Kakugo give me more grief than GFI
- -1 Jarogniew Mercs because there's not a massive amount of brain rewiring about, and most NBN are just using in faction tag punishment
- +1 Bhagat - does work against all variants of CI and CtM, and it feels good to install with Career Fair
