Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap

Reizer 7

A sneaky Silhouette deck that uses central breakers to pressure the big servers and and keep the corp guessing when burst economy and nasty criminal tricks will get you into servers that previously seemed protected, and on the cheap. Pressure on HQ thanks to solid funding for runs and ice bypass/destruction/derezzing tricks triggers Silhouette's expose ability, allowing precise runs and taking away the corp's hidden information edge. A little splash of Anarchy and destruction (Imp, Parasite) and you have a surprising, swingy deck that's fun to play.

So far, the basic strategy is to get Tri-Maf up and running quickly and get at least a sentry breaker out. I like to run early and often, so I start face-cchecking ice from the first turn. If you can get a Desperado and/or a Security Testing early, you can start cashing in on a unprotected Archives, stretching the Corp's resources early on. The central only breaker suite is so efficient, the Corp usually has to ice up 3 deep just to start slowing you down. Hit HQ every turn that you can and use expose to locate agendas and trouble ice. Deal with nasty ice with Emergency Shutdown and Forged Activation Orders. Grab agendas using Inside Job. This forces the corp to put second-level ICE on remotes. Grappling Hook and e3 Feedback Implants help you deal with that. Use Imp and Parasite to mess up the Corp's plans.

This is a new deck for me, and my very first Silhouette build. I've been playing Gabe pretty exclusively and have a tightly dialed in-Gabe deck I don't have to think about piloting anymore, so this deck has been a fun challenge for me. I'm a fairly new player and if some card choices seem odd, keep in mind that I own 2 Cores, What Lies Ahead, Trace Amount, Cyber Exodus and Honor and Profit. The addition of Crash Space is meta-dependent; my regular opponent plays a Weyland Tag n' Bag deck running Project Atlas, SEA Source and Scorched Earth. YMMV.

Nice deck, I like the idea.

Honestly, no need for both Logos and Desperado - choose one - the other will always be a dead draw.

Might as well get some recursion in. I'd recommend Clone Chip - but you don't have the pack, so perhaps Déjà Vu instead. Also some Datasucker would be nice to combo with the Parasites.

Grappling Hook is generally pretty eh. Would maybe scale back and grab more cash. A third Armitage Codebusting or something, depends on what you want.

Besides that, seems pretty nice!

Thanks for the feedback, Softman!

I haven't really had Logos come up when I could use it yet... I might replace it with something else, but I only have 2 cores right now, so no third Desperado. I usually try to have a full playset of consoles just so I can grab one early.

In my tests so far, I've had more credits than I even need thanks to Tri-maf Contact (or as I call it, Magnum Opus for thieves and ne'eer do wells). Security Testing also combos nicely with Desperado for an easy three credits for one click.

I've also been winning before Parasite makes much of a splash, so I haven't bothered finding space for Datasucker yet, though I do run them in my Gabe deck. I might pull Parasite if it doesn't prove more helpful.

I've actually been digging Grappling Hook in combination with e3 Feedback Implants. Since I'm running central-only breakers I've been using that along with Inside Job and well-timed Emergency Shutdown and Forged Activation Orders to walk right into remotes, no breakers needed. Right now. Grappling Hook is filling the spot that Femme Fatale might usually fill for me. I might trim one, though.

This deck is still way early in testing, so I'm still shaking out bugs. I quite like the idea of adding Déjà Vu...bringing back an Emergency Shutdown or an Imp would be really punishing! I'll try it and report back!
