Nasir's Fast Break v2.0

BTrain 2971

Inspired by my first go at this deck, "Nasir's Fast Break." I've dropped Aesop's, Cache and a Magnum Opus, and have opted instead for 2x Kati Jones, 2x Professional Contacts, and a one-off Sneakdoor Beta for when the other centrals become too locked down. Another Datasucker has been added to round out the influence, and provide that extra threat for my fixed-strength breakers.

Thanks to CJFM for the feedback on version 1.0!

@BTrain This version looks much tighter! Sneakdoor is a particularly good inclusion, imo. Nasir tries to run hard on HQ, but then can get shut out. With Sneakdoor, you have a backup plan, and you can punish corps with low ICE much easier. It also gets around Caprice, if it comes to that! Looks strong! I think I'll give this version some playtesting!

@BTrain I think you have some of the most well-thought out Nasir builds on NDB right now. Most of the others I've seen throw unrealistic programs in there and hope they work. Since I've been playing Nasir, the breaker suite I've used (same as yours, -1 Yog.0, +1 Gordian Blade) has been exceptional for me. I think Yog.0 is stronger with Dinosaurus on the whole, and the only things I'd want to change is to somehow get up to 3x ProCon or Kati, and to go for Akamatsu Mem Chips instead of CyberSolutions. The reasons are that they're cheaper, and your rig only needs 5 mem (and you have Dino for Yog anyway).

Oh and somehow we have to fit in Deus X, because PE is really a thing now. ;)

This looks like a solid build! I like Dinosaurus in here.

One big weakness I see are tags. Killing Workshop will remove the way to dump credits. Any idea how to get around this?

@krystman so far my answer has been, don't take tags :D Any thoughts?

PS - I just got your JHow playmat from Inked Playmats. Youdaman.

@krystman I also whipped up a new version of deck right here. Who knows if this one will fare any better?

@BTrain Ha! I guess Fall Guys / Crash Space / Decoy would eat into the influence budget. I wonder how big of a problem this is, need to test this.

Will check out the new version! I'm glad you are enjoying that playmat. The world is yours. :)

@krystman Tags can be annoying, but if you're buried in them, you're losing. If you take a tag, get rid of it. Run smart, don't run 4th click. Find your Plascretes against the correct matchups.
