This is one of my set of Startup Starters. These aren't meta-defining decks, but the should be solid enough to win games, and give you a shell you can use to start deckbuilding. You can find the others here.

This deck is probably the most complex of the starters. The goal is less so to score out, and more do do lots of small grinding damage. With 13 agendas (a lot of them single pointers) you'll hopefully run the runner out of cards. There are lots of little ways to get damage, but some important ones are House of Knives, where you want to leave 1 counter so the runner has to always run with 4 cards in hand in case they hit a Snare!. I would generally recommend not installing any Snare!

If you want to explore this deck some more, you could also look at trying to explore Neurospike and Vulnerability Audit along with advance-able traps like Clearinghouse to really punish runners that try and call your bluff. If you want to stay with the thousand cut style you have a lot of options to explore by adding and subtracting different agendas.
