[Startup] NoPrePaidLoup

This started off as GhostTongueLoup then became PrePaidLoup after that didn't work, and when that also didn't work I almost gave up and tried it now with scrubber to power the Twinning as NoPrePaidLoup.

A bunch of the automata cards are pretty cool in this and maybe its OK now? anyway, Wheels into Deep Dive is pretty nice but maybe a little too cute (expecially with The Price)
