This is the version of my stealth Hayley build that I've been playing after our Regionals. It's mostly meta-agnostic, but it's also fairly influenced by the presence of Cerebral Imaging. I keep wanting to getting to 45 cards, and I keep wanting a third Aesop, but I never seem to manage it.

The deck has a really good matchup against glacier decks and pretty good play against fast advance. It has a really hard time against decks with Museums. as seems to be the case for most Shapers these days.

If you want to tweak the deck, below are some notes on cuts and additions I've thought about.

what these cards are here for

Film Critic: NBN and Jinteki have means of making you not want to steal agendas the honest way

Employee Strike: CI and anything else you find annoying.

Plascrete Carapace: It's not everywhere, but Scorched Earth is always around.

Clot: NBN, CI

Sacrificial Construct: ibid. + Batty

Political Operative/Councilman: defensive upgrades, and CVS/Jackson. (Note that against Glacier, a strong use of Councilman is to make them prerez Ash/etc. on the scoring remote so they can't have it on R&D.

Vamp: anybody neglecting HQ against Shaper (i.e. almost everybody)

The Turning Wheel: pretty much anybody

cards to consider

Archives Interface: could give you a fighting chance against Museums and IG. It worked for me at Regionals, but you might still have to try to just win before you die.

Imp: Assets abound, and there are quite a few corps with problematic operations as well.

Switchblade (instead of or in addition to Dagger): For Tour Guide and maybe Komainu. Most of the time, you want Dagger.

Street Peddler: It's really fun and it speeds up the deck. Unfortunately, the influence is harder to justify when trying to make room for other tech.

cards to (probably) not consider right now

Lady: There are good Hayley decks with Lady, but I don't think a stealth deck can justify the slots, and you're not generally lacking for credits to use Corroder.

Parasite: With corps teching against Anarch, this mostly doesn't solve any current problems that Switchblade doesn't solve for less influence.
