Startup: HB: Fully Operational

A fast-advance combo (?) deck for the Startup. It has access to four 3/2 agendas (Project Vitruvius and Luminal Transubstantiation) that you can score on the same turn you install them using the cards SanSan City Grid and Biotic Labor. This gives the runner very little chance to interrupt your scoring (though watch out for Clot) and lets you fire your ability more.

Seamless Launch can likewise be used to score an agenda you install without advancing it next turn, and you can use it to score either the Cyberdex Sandbox or get an agenda counter on Project Vitruvius.

Most of the rest of the deck is money and ICE. Worth saying that you want to try to make more than 1 remote server: this helps hide sneaky agendas and powers up your Fully Operational, a card that gives you a lot of money and cards if played at the right time.
