Version 2 of my attempt to make a thematically coherent Seb deck.

Meeting of Minds is the big new addition. It's situational, but it pretty much acts an extra copy of any of my key pieces, and there's usually enough connections in hand that it refunds itself with decent consistency.

This is a slower-paced Seb deck, more focused on maintaining tempo across multiple turns than going balls-to-the-wall aggro. You'll have some down turns, and you might have to clear a tag or two the hard way, but organizing a revolution doesn't happen overnight, and if you play your cards right you can pop off with 9+ click turns to churn through R&D or completely wreck the corp's remotes.

Losing Hot Pursuit come Dawn is definitely gonna sting a bit, but I don't feel like it's essential for the deck to function. We'll see how future iterations of this deck turn out~
