I've been having fun with The Talented Mr Keegan for a couple of weeks now. (credit @lolpaca)
But I found that I couldn't really protect Team Sponsorship enough for it to be useful (so I just ended up throwing it out into empty remotes for the runner to waste clicks accessing). Cyberdex Virus Suite hasn't seen much action either.... it's quite situational.
The agenda mix is great, and I wanted to keep the same scoring cards, and a deck size under 45 but I figured that Breaking News didn't really do much as there's no punishment. So I've swapped them both out for 2x Quantum Predictive Model - game changer!
I've found that runners will be quick to take the -1 point from News Team early game, but after they've seen nothing that can really hurt them, they'll start readily taking tags - at which point the two QPMs become 2x free agenda points.
Team Sponsorship I've swapped for 3x Interns. Why wait to score an agenda to grab something from the bin and install it for free when you can do it now?
Like I said, I'm a big fan of the agenda point spread. I had someone Medium me for 8 cards off R&D on game point - didn't see a thing (nearly unheard of for NBN). I already had a rezzed Data Raven on R&D, and by this point, the runner was just floating tags..... had about 14.
Next turn: Interns a Keegan Lane from archives onto R&D, chucked Quantum Predictive Model into an empty remote - bye bye Medium, hello 1 agenda point. Interns is also obviously great for grabbing and installing any discarded ice that has now become useful.
Finally, I've had a bit of a re-think on the ice mix. Wraparound is almost always predicted and Corroder is usually down turn two or three. Great for Keegan Lane, who can just bin it, but with so much recursion in the meta, seeing an Self-modifying Code/Clone Chip combo go down makes me sad.
So, I thought about how I could mitigate that happening - Blacklist..... behind an RSVP. It's brutal! If you can Keegan Lane the Blacklist/RSVP server (or get Keegan Lane to fire from a different server that is being run on first), ditch their decoder. OUCH! You're not getting that back, and unless you're able to pull another one from hand/stack then you're not getting another one back at all. It's a HUGE move mid-late game.
Anyway, this is my first deck published, so please have a go and let me know what you guys think :)

Have you considered Resistor as an alternative barrier? It only gets better with tags. I love it in my SYNC deck. I don't even bother with Wraparound. |

Couple of cons (that I can think of) that may need consideration: Kill anything that protects against tagging/trashing programs on sight. SYNC: Everything, Everywhere's ability helps this but try not to let things build up. Celebrity Gift is great for econ, but doesn't synergise well with keeping the deck a surprise. You REALLY want to keep the deck size down, so it would be a question of swapping cards out rather than just adding them. Perhaps Melange Mining Corp. has a place here? From playing this deck quite a few times, the credit swing is quite large. Account Siphon can be annoying, but as long as you can get those 4 creds for a Data Raven, generally things are ok. |

You can (and probably should?) run Closed Accounts as well. That would solve your rich runner problems. |

oh, and can someone tell me how to update the "derived from" section?
