It's my first deck published on NDB. I'm a Chinese player, there're many nice Netrunner players in China. After RWR goes online, I try to create my fisrt deck, here it is, and I will continue to update the deck.
The main winning strategy of the deck is fast pushing. We should to use the ability of this ID and The Holo Man to achieve the goal. Deploy The Holo Man and keep it safe. We can trigger the ID's ability, find the agendas with 3 or 4 advanced requirment and install it from the R&D, then use The Holo Man's ability. Except Bellona, all the other agendas can be scored in the turn they are installed.
The core of the deck is the new upgrade, around this upgrade, my deck can be divided into three parts.
Mainly the traditional units of NBN, such as Balanced Coverage, Marilyn Campaign, Tiered Subscription, Bladderwort. These are all very useful drips, and the not low trush cost is an effective means to disrupt the hacker's economy. I only use Hedge Fund as the explosive growth economy, because Bellona and Stoke the Embers can also serve as an effective supplement to the company's economy.
This part is where I find this deck interesting. My disruption plan mainly consists of three aspects:
AR is the main source of tagging, a card that almost all NBN decks will include, additionally, AR can also combo with Kingmaking.
Here, Bring Them Home and Data Loop are used, both of which can disrupt the hacker's grip, especially Bring Them Home with a threat 3.
Based on the above two points, this deck does not include tagging punishment effects like End of the Line and so on. From another perspective, I have included an uncommon ice: Jua. In a spread style NBN deck, hacker's might instinctively avoid leaving tags on themselves to prevent a sudden death, or NBN might use Shipment from Vladisibirsk for fast advancement, so they generally do not ambush in the later clicks. Jua can effectively delay the hacker's development in such scenarios. After encountering Jua at an earlier clicks, the hacker can only continue to maneuver using the cards already in play for the entire turn. An active Jua will force the hacker to make a choice in their timing: develop first and then run, possibly getting tagged; or run first, then be restricted by Jua from expanding. I think this is an interesting decision. In the current meta, Jua can target many hacker cards such as Bahia Bands, Self-modifying Code, Arissana Rocha Nahu: Street Artist, which waits for an ice to be rezzed before triggering her effect, and the newest hacker Sebastião Souza Pessoa: Activist Organizer. If Jua's subroutine resolves, it can also have an impact on the hacker's play state. Overall, I aim to draw the hacker into my strategy, making them feel powerless to act effectively.
Generally speaking, the defense of this deck is relatively weak. Although it may not seem to lack credits, in reality, it is not sufficient to activate many high-cost ice before completing the development. Additionally, NBN's ice themselves have limited effectiveness. For low-cost ice, I chose the typical representative of NBN: Ping. While for high-cost ice, I included one Endless EULA and two Mestnichestvo. Ping can add tags, further disrupting the hacker's economy. In the early game, it can also block a remote server with The Holo Man installed, considering we are a fast-advancing deck, where a difference of one or two turns can lead to different final outcomes. The advantage of Endless EULA is its 6 subroutines, not solely for end the run; it also serves as good economic disruption when the hacker does not have Cleaver installed. Mestnichestvo works similarly, and it can combo with Stoke the Embers. Our strategy of not letting agendas stay on the board until the next turn will result in Stoke the Embers having nothing else to advance for advancement tokens after scoring, making Mestnichestvo a prime target. Of course, there is room for further refinement in the selection of ice.
The above is my design for this deck. Of course, the meta is still undergoing significant changes, and this is just my exploration. I hope to receive comments and advice from the various experts on NDB.

This is a very good ice suite, really slows the runner down, and many of your assets are 'must trash' for the runner, which is what you want in this ID. I am impressed with it! |

Reading this list made me keenly aware of how bad my Mandarin is compared to actual native speakers :D Great deck, and great to hear that the Chinese scene is going strong! |

An excellent first deck publish. When I first saw the build my initial thought was 'Why not R+??"I can see why :) Look forward to playing with it. |
I am a Chinese player, please forgive my poor English proficiency.
