A killer with a pump cost of 1 for +1 strength ! Woo !

There's not so much of this kind : Garrote, an expansive 2 program, and Faerie, cheap and powerful, but one-shot.

Then comes the breaking cost : 2 per subroutine.

As anyone who has ever give this a try (or Peacock or Aurora) can tell you, it's just a pain in the ass. Multi-sub sentries are quite common, and all in all, it's preferable to spent 2 for +1 strength and 1 per sub than the opposite (and then, this option is not much appreciated either).

Add the cost of 5 to install, and Creeper keeps crawling in your binder. Its only merits is to keep the "sentry problem" hard to solve, which is a nice challenge for Runners after all.

A nice little card that can help for attrition war as well for temporarily opening servers.

That said, be aware that Corps tend to be rich these days, so it demands timing if used for opening servers, and must be seen more as a support card than key card for attrition.

Also notice that Criminals generally prefer Emergency Shutdown, since it fits well with aiming for HQ while Crescentus asks for , a tight resource for Crims.

That makes Crescentus not so played, but two Runners really love it :

• out of faction, Reina Roja whose ability works great with it and doesn't have to spend much influence on.
• in-faction, Geist, who can get some disposable with its breakers of choice and a link card on its rig.

Nice strength, strong traces, neat effect. So what's the problem ? Cost, of course.

If you seek for a taxing sentry with a strong stopping power, Data Raven fits better - unless the runner goes tag-me, but Kitty makes this strategy less viable than it was.

If you want to stop the Runner to run over and over, Excalibur is nice - while it's unique and doesn't allow what Uroboros could make (stopping the run and being on several server), it's way cheaper.

All of that makes Uroboros a sad snake. Someone to hug him ?

Never played the original Netrunner more than a few game, but i've heard that this console (going by another name) was pretty popular. And on cardboard, this seems nice : gain one click after a successful run for making another run. But it's not as popular on Android: Netrunner.

So what's the deal ?

What has two thumbs and earn you 1 for every successful run ? No, not Desperado : it doesn't have thumb, you silly.

For further look : same price, same value same faction, but given the Runner made a successful run, Desperado's ability is not conditional, while Doppelgänger's one might not be able to be played for every run, if the Runner doesn't have the money for.

A stock of 14 with a trash cost of 5 seems pretty neat, but maybe not so good in the long run.

Including its rez cost and the to install, it earns 1.375 per , and fall to 1.22 per if have to click for drawing it.

More than clicking for credit, but not that much. More so, it takes to break even, so these first three clicks are not more valuable than clicking 3 times for credits, so if your goal is to recover quickly as soon as installed (like its Runner counterpart permits), it fails.

That if it is not trashed before it's emptied, but let's be fair, it can stay on the table that long, as it's expansive to trash and the less interesting to do the more you use it.

So it's no mystery if asset spamming decks prefer dripping economy like PAD Campaign, Marked Accounts or Adonis Campaign, for just naming the more popular. Or if the ones which use their scoring server for limited time, big money assets prefer Melange Mining Corp., Adonis Campaign and Eve Campaign.

Of course, the drawbacks of Private Campaigns can be mitigated by Breaker Bay Grid or Expo Grid, but then again, other economy assets equally benefit from those cards.

On a bright note, it's influence free, sex-bots out of Haas-Bioroid can't tell that much. Also, Blue Sun can make it come from "meh" to "decent".
