London (library) calling

culoman 2

This is my first serious attempt at deckbuilding. I played against a similar deck and tried to recreate and, who knows, making it better :P

The idea of the deck I played against was easy: MemStrips+Overmind+London Library. My opponent also used Logos but his ID was Iain Stirling: Retired Spook. I tried to make a deck using that ID but 10 influence is too few for me.

So, I added some spice, here and there. LLDS Processor gives Overmind base bonus and Autoscripter gives me a each turn. On the other side, an instaclassic: Film Critic+The Source+New Angeles City Hall

I think I have economy more than solved: Career Fair, Easy Mark, Sure Gamble, Daily Casts, Data Folding... Technical Writer also benefits from London Library and Overmind.

I'm worried about breakers, even though I can tutor them with Special Order or Logos. Overmind for everything and Femme Fatale for those anti-IA.

The other downside: card drawing. I use Symmetrical Visage and one Quality Time I have included with the last point of influence.

Hey, I've been having similar ideas for a London library criminal deck, and I like the overall concept. I think your deck is trying to do a bit too much though. Film critic with the source and New Angeles city hall (NACH) seems powerful, but until you get film critic out, the source is more likely to trash itself while costing you money. You could include hostage to tutor for the film critic, or just remove the cards entirely. Also, NACH is a dead draw against any deck that doesn't tag (since you're not self tagging, not running account siphon). Since London Library is such an important card for the overall strategy, you should consider a 3rd copy. Another important card for a criminal overmind deck is e3 feedback implants, which lets you save on overmind tokens.
