Designed to use The Foundry: Refining the Process in order to pull all copies of Quandary and Minelayer into my hand while using Mutate to turn those cheap ice cards into unbreakable defense style ICE cards for little to no cost.

During the time they're trying to break my ICE I sit back scoring agenda's with this giant glacier of ice in front of me.

You're gonna have issues with rezzing ice early game.

If your plan is to get those ICE out early, you'll want more ICE. The odds of drawing those ICE early aren't high enough.
