Free Fall Corp Deck (Warning: possible spoilers)

I've just finished Free Fall and decided to create a pair of themed decks based around the story, the same way I did for Strange Flesh. Again, these aren't exactly competitive, but I think they should be roughly balanced against one another. The Runner deck is here.

Free Fall has presented a strange conundrum. Normally, I sort of assume that the Runner is the heroic underdog battling the evil corporation. In Free Fall, our hero is Rick Harrison, an embittered detective, working with NBN reporter Lily Lockwell to solve a murder linked to Human First. This means that the Corp deck is kind of the 'hero' deck, which sits a little at odds with the mechanics of Netrunner.

To start with, the Identity kind of had to be New Angeles Sol: Your News, the paper that Lily Lockwell works for.

Lily herself is an obvious include and she brings with her News Team, Exposé, Media Blitz and The News Now Hour to represent her journalism.

Breaking News, 15 Minutes and Character Assassination are all news-based, whilst NAPD Contract and Private Security Force represent Rick Harrison and the security forces involved in solving the murder. False Lead is there to make up the agenda points and seemed pretty on-theme.

Heinlein Grid and Eliza's Toybox are both visited by Rick. There isn't a card for Eliza Manchester yet, but there is an Eve bioroid to represent Eve 5VA3TC. The murder is linked to Melange Mining Corp. so that's included to give the deck some economy.

Rick states that he has Blue Level Clearance in the book and given that Blue Level Clearance is higher than Green Level Clearance, it seemed fitting to include both.

The ICE suite is pretty basic, given that no runs take place in the book. I definitely made a conscious decision to include News Hound, and Muckraker, just because they're journalism-based. Troll works nicely with Heinlein Grid, which would otherwise be useless.

Finally, it would be remiss of me to voice something that bothered me with Free Fall - DNA isn't made of amino acids.
