Lttlefoot 1293

This deck features one interaction never seen before on this site: Harmony Medtech plus The Board. Since the runner must score two 3-point agendas to win, there is no drawback apart from the three credits needed to rez it.

Apart from that, this deck is all about the "Lightning Bolt" effects - Neural Katana, Chum, etc. that deal 3 damage to the runner (or some other amount). Labyrinthine Servers can prevent them jacking out after hitting a Chum. Data Mine after a Komainu is lethal.

The other standard finisher is Mushin with either an agenda or Project Junebug. If you are already on 3 points then the runner has a 50/50 chance to lose either way. (You can put a Katana in front of the new server as your third click so the runner can't simply overdraw to survive the Junebug).

Shi Kyu has the same effect as the Board in Harmony and it's easier to play (I think).

Shi Kyu's advantage is that the runner can't undo it by trashing it. The Board's advantage is that you can just play it from your hand for only 3 credits (while with Shi Kyu you need the runner to access it and you usually need 6 credits on hand).
