Manta 21

Made for an ID swap tournament in Louisville. Built in AgInfusion and swapped over to Cybernetics Divison. Broke even, but the games it lost lost mostly to my misplays and usually narrowly. I would probably go back and put in some punative counterstrikes and spend less on HB via influence. Most games are won via a neural emp. Idea to make the deck came from the newly legal combo of Fetal AI + Obokata Protocol. Kakugo + Tori Hanzo is a guaranteed brain damage. Also worth looking at adding extra Ronin.
