Sage of the Street Chess v1.1

DubTak 3

Combining the "Sage it ain't so" deck from Bad Publicity and the Street Chess deck from...everywhere (someone cite the originator of that for me).

Econ is drip from Data Folding and Underworld Contact, Street Chess draw/credit engine from Deep Red & Scheherazade & Pawn (and Aesop's Pawnshop for a little extra 3 off of Pawn), standard burst from Sure Gamble, and a little from Lockpick to use with Sage. Sage and Creeper are made affordable by e3 Feedback Implants. Personal Workshop and The Supplier for cheaper installs.

Tutoring programs from your stack is Self-modifying Code andTest Run, tutoring from heap (gotta get that Exile: Streethawk draw) is Test Run, Clone Chip, Scavenge, and Pawn. Hardware tutoring with Tyson Observatory (it's slow, but sometimes you just can't find Deep Red or e3 Feedback Implants or Dyson Mem Chip fast enough), resource tutoring through Hostage.

This should, in theory, work. It might run a bit too slowly (maybe a Clot to slow fast-advance down a bit?), but you'll have reliable breakers for any situation, consistent money and draw, and , s, and for days once the engine gets rolling.

As this is my first posted deck, I'd appreciate any feedback. Long Live Shaper Shenanigans!

EDIT 19 JUNE 2015: Moved some pieces around and I think that it works better as a result. Hostage and The Supplier are out, Clot and Hacktivist Meeting are in to slow the corp down while you set up, Lockpick and Aesop's Pawnshop are out in favor of +1 Self-modifying Code and Replicator because economy is not this deck's problem once it gets running (also having a Current is never a bad idea). I'm considering subbing Hacktivist Meeting for Traffic Jam to keep with the theme of slowing down fast advance enough for you to get rolling, but I'd have to make up the influence somewhere (Retrieval Run or +1 Deep Red maybe?) and cut something like Tyson Observatory or a Test Run which I am loathe to do. As always, love any feedback.

It's a nice idea but it looks way too slow and clunky theirs so many bits required to get you set up. I go by a rule of if a card needs more than one other card to function well it's too slow.

@Pinkwarrior I agree that it's too slow for something like competitive or tourney play. I tried it out and it ran fine in my casual meta (though it lost to Scorched Earth). The double combo idea (Sage & friends + Street Chess) was actually nice, as it makes the deck less reliant on one combo to function (a point which came up big against Chronos Project). It's a fun deck, if nothing else, but it really does need ways to:

1) Set up faster
2) Have damage protection/mitigation
3) Have a way to deal with problem ICE (read Archer or Tollbooth) more efficiently
4) Deal with fast advance reliably

@DubTak well problem ICE id say D4v1d fits nicely into that spot though thats more influence, setting up faster well draw helps have you thought about going for Astrolabe and Trade-In rather than Tyson Observatory since your not using all the MU yuo can easily Trade a console for something else. or if you can find the influence I've Had Worse will help with draw and damage protection.

Tho it looks to me more like econ is the thing that's slowing you down as its all slow burn with no burst. you could try adding more programs and going for the Diesel,Quality Time Freelance Coding Contract approach.
