This is my variation on Price Hoshiko. While I was pretty sure with my corp choice (Bridgeman's Clean and Simple PD) I could not say the same for the Hoshiko builds I tried. I cannot just net deck someone's deck, however good, if it does not suit my playstyle. Eventually, I ended up on this version designed to keep pace with decks that I considered biggest threats - PD and ASA. I knew it was not optimal against NBN, especially asset spams, but I did not want to include any straightforward hate cards since I was fighting with slots already. I just hoped the Maw would be enough to fight spam decks, which it was not. Retrospectively, I think the deck needs to incorporate some solution for spam decks, be it Miss Bones or at least Hannah "Wheels" Pilintra. Also, playset of Aenas Informats offers itself as a nice solution (synergy with Maw).
Visiting Worlds 2023 was an amazing experience. Firstly, I like the city itself, secondly I like the local NR crew that gathers around famous B-com tournaments, so I was super excited to find out that they decided to upgrade to Worlds. And what a great job they did!
Everybody knows I keep playing NR for its amazing community. As usually, I was happy to meet old friends and make new ones. I was also really glad to finally meet some members of my testing group Unband that I had not seen IRL before. Its always good to put faces behind the jnet handles. Lastly, I was super gratefull for the company of Czech players who made for a lovely company. And of course, making top 16 cut also counts for some happy moments :D
