Lucky Girl (4th at Worlds 2023)

This is the Hoshiko list I played at Worlds 2023.

I tried to find the perfect balance between speed and consistency and I ended up with this build. The starting point was my Hoshiko list from Hungarians nats. I felt that Laamb is probably not the right way, so I put back the second Cleaver. I took inspiration from Bridgeman's The Price Hoshiko and cut two Earthrise Hotels for The Price. Cut Carmen for Echelon and added K2CP Turbine, which did a lot of work for me in the tournament (100% winning card against Leopold's RH).

When NSG dropped the new set, to be honest, I wasn't big fan of Bahia Bands, but it really surprised me with how versatile it is. Against Outfit you can install something using bad pubs, against NEH you can remove a tag and trash Wage Workers for 1 click and 2 credits, just awesome.

After almost 50 testing games on Jinteki, I settled on this build as I was convinced it can beat Big Ice Outfit, Rush HB and OB and asset spam NBN. I don't think this deck is a masterpiece, but I believed in it and I did well. I was always a player who would take a deck that I know well over a tier 1 deck to a tournament. This is probably everything about the deck.

Now I want to thank my Czech buddies, especially Longi, and congratule him for top 16, you did very well! Thanks to my Testing groupe NWE, for testing and supporting me in the tournament, because it was very mentally demanding.

Last thanks goes to the Worlds organizers, who did an excellent job. I really enjoyed the whole tournament, I met some old friends, met some new ones and could finally connect the faces to the nicknames of the NWE members I haven't met yet and for all of this I am extremely grateful. Thank you Netrunner community, you gave me a lot.
