Meals on Wheels v1.0

Originally planned with Ian, but I needed the influence too badly.

A rough draft of what should be a pretty obvious plan: Lock down centrals, keep the corp poor, and go to town with Eater/Keyhole. Backed up by all sorts of Criminal shenanigans, Logos fetch (which works really well with Notoriety), and buckets of economy, smart rig assembly and early pressure can keep you on the offensive the whole time.

Still, however, very rough around the edges and in need of more testing. I'm not as happy with the consistency, and am really eyeing Armitage in lieu of Daily casts, for example.
