LilyPAD and some combination of 2 DZMZ Optimizer and T400 Memory Diamond gives you 8 MU, which should be more than enough to install all the programs you need, as well as other fun perks like reduced install costs and extra hand size. Stoneship Chart Room is there primarily to act as fuel for world tree, though it can also be used to give extra life to Dr. Nuka Vrolyck, as well as save you from death in the worst case.
