Meat Mulch - Top of Swiss @ Vancouver District 2025

I was inspired by local player Sindarin with the Friday Chip in his Hoshiko deck he brought to Worlds. Using it to maintain Imp counters tickled my brain into remembering the Loup decks of yesteryear. With Knobkierie banned, it was time to try something different to make the deck tick.

At the Vancouver District Championship, it went 3-0 in Swiss:

• R1 vs Sindarin on Neurospike/Punitive Personal Evolution
• R2 vs ATRI on Quarantine Kill Combo Jemison
• R3 vs Aruzan on Hangeki Core Sportsmetal
• Top Cut timed loss to ATRI's Jemison after whiffing Finality on the last turn.

Things Carnivore can do for you (and did for me at the event):

• Restart the Friday Chip + Imp engine after being purged
• Act as Imp when you don't mulligan into it.
• Be a functional discard outlet for cards drawn by Lago and Badge
• Trash expensive upgrades alongside agendas in the remote server.
• Say NO to agendas you really don't want to steal
• Turn a random access into Moshing

There's only a month left, but if somebody can trim this list down to 40 cards, I'd love to hear about it.
