This deck was designed to beat @pj20's 3-peat. It did not but that was more due to pilot error than actual construction. Got real, real close though.

Using Watch the World Burn on Hostile Infrastructure is good enough to merit a cookie in almost all circumstances.

Further testing against other archetypes is needed as CTM is not prevalent in San Francisco anymore as we've moved on.

Thanks to the crazy Europeans who further refined Val into these shenanigans.
