Biotech kill deck. The plan is either to score out Obokatas and House of Knives or "Let" the runner steal Obokata. Most decks don't install Plascrete against Jinteki, so that is your cue to Consulting/play Punitive Counterstrike to kill them after a steal. Alternatively, just flip into The Brewery and murder them brutally. Either way works.
