Valencia Apocalypse (3rd at Regionals in Tampere, Finland)

Placed 3rd in a 23 people Regionals in Tampere, Finland.

Nothing super original about this deck. Just wanted to promote Apocalypse decks. Based mostly on the Angry Val decks. My Corp deck was a boring Fastro NEH, went 4-1 in Swiss, 0-2 in Cut.

• Making an Entrance is neat in this deck. Not absolutely necessary.
• Hacktivist Meeting is great, especially since it stays after Apocalypse, and can slow corps down early on. Might go to 2 instead of 3.
• Amped Up is great, opens up all sorts of possibilities. Might go up to 2.
• Sports Hopper is against kill decks. Bonus is, you can fire it before playing Apocalypse to fill your hand back up.
• Femme could be Yog, if you expect a lot of HB.

1st round: Loss against Titan. Ran a Junebug and got scorched. Play mistake, could have won.

2nd round: Win against Argus. In theory, a bad matchup for Keyhole based decks. Opponent was a new player.

3rd round: Win against PE. Keyhole is very good against PE, though I drew it really late. Opponent was a new player, could have lost this.

(Yes, I did get lucky with swiss.)

4th round: Win against NEH. Managed to Apocalypse when the opponent was one credit short of rezzing Hostile Infrastructure. Might have survived it anyway, due to Sports Hopper and IHW.

5th round: Loss against HB. Opponent knew my deck inside out, and managed to place Turings in the right spots. I managed to Blackmail 4 points, but ran out of recursion and money.

Cut: Win against Sol. Knew most of opponents deck. Used Amped Up, DDOS, and SoT to make a power turn of 5 keyhole runs and win when opponent was at 5 points, with an astro token, and with 24/7 and Scorchs in hand.
