FAST ADVANCE IS DEAD THE VALLEY SAID SO
"lol, clot" - Cyberdex Anti-Virus International
WHY ARE YOU RUNNING ONLY 2 BIOTIC LABORS WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT
Because Architect is broken in this deck, allowing you to either save your SanSan City Grid from Archives, search your R&D on a last-click run to install an 3-advance agenda, or simply just make a new server which triggers Turtlebacks and NEH's ability. And if they're smart, it just functions as a "nope not running there until I get out my sentry breaker". I'd prefer not to get rid of Eli 1.0 since we need a bit of End the Run ICE, and Turtlebacks gives you money for things you are already doing in the first place. You'll be using Jackson Howard, use the spare card to put Labor back in.
WHERE IS MARKED ACCOUNTS WHY ISN'T THAT IN
Waste of clicks. I replaced my two with Tech Startup to get my choice of whatever I want (and you get two cards out of it, one when installed, one when you trash that server and get the new card which makes another server if it wasn't protected by ice), and you'll probably be drowning in creds anyway.
WHERE IS HEDGE FUND
Would you rather have Hedge Fund or Sweeps Week? With all the money from Pop-up Window, Turtlebacks, PAD Campaign, and Diversified Portfolio, you just don't really need it. I would prefer to take an emergency Sweeps Week over Hedge Fund any day. Switch them out if you want.
WHY ONLY 2 SANSAN CITY GRID
Because FFG hasn't released an alt art of it yet and I am not buying another Core Set.
WHAT IS RSVP FOR
Install it over a SanSan City Grid, they can't trash it. Install it in front of a Pop-up Window, it turns into an End the Run ICE in an emergency. Install it over a NAPD Contract and they can't steal it. Heaps of choices and it's annoying to break, being the only code gate they need to get their breaker out for.
LOL LICENSE ACQUISITION WUT
Did they just trash your SanSan City Grid? Put it back on the deck for free and make them pay another 5 to trash it! Need a Jackson Howard to get your agendas back in R&D? Easy, just score, install from archives, remove from game! Are they playing Imp? Get your Daily Business Show and Turtlebacks back in action!
I DONT LIKE FAST ADVANCE IT IS RUINING THE META
Stop building janky runners.
WHAT DO I DO WITH THIS DECK I DON'T UNDERSTAND
ICE R&D and HQ with as much tax as possible, score with SanSan, Biotic Labors and at the beginning you can use Wraparound or double Eli 1.0 walls to get out a fast AstroScript Pilot Program. It doesn't matter if they steal from you: only that you score 7 points faster than them.
HOW DO I DEAL WITH NOISE AND WHIZARDS AND PEOPLE TRASHING MY ASSETS
Cyberdex Virus Suite them when they get Imp or Medium, save your money for the 7 credit Biotic Labor, and use Jackson Howard wisely. Trashing your stuff makes you poor, but it also makes them poor too, giving you enough time to ICE up. It's the only bad matchups this deck has along with Leela, and as always it depends on your meta what cards you put in a deck. Mine doesn't have any Noise or Whizzards, which basically means that most of the time I go unpunished.

I (sometimes) run old skool Gabe for old skool netrunner. Running on servers and guessing where the traps are. Absolute minimum jank. Fast Advance is still ruining the meta. |

I think the greatest counter against clot is shipment from sansan. An installed clot is vulnerable against purges, that's why shaper usually keep a clone chip or SMC on the table as a silent threat against fast advance. When you install a card(they won't tutor clot, it could be just another pad), you can use shipment from sansan and score the agenda before the runner can react, you can even put an astro token on it. Cyberdex is great, too. |

I have a very similar deck - consider Data Raven for Guard. Both are sentries, both are reasonably easily broken. Guard blocks Inside Job, Knight, Femme Fatale. Data Raven blocks anyone scared of tags, or taxes 2 creds and a click to remove. While there's no tag punishment, you can still trash resources. And people don't know if you're running tag punishment until they've seen all your influence. I put in a Closed Accounts for hilarity purposes. Also, I'm running Enigma over RSVP. Enigma is more taxing early on, and against anything but Yog.0. But RSVP is really tempting. Hmmm. |

This deck used to run Enigma, you can switch it with Guard or pull out a Wraparound for it (I've found after seeing the third one it's usually a dead card because they got the breaker out for it, and you're drawing pretty fast in this deck anyway). |

I'm considering actually removing Cyberdex Virus Suite for the new card Blacklist. I'm not seeing anything that warrents it apart from Medium runs, and Blacklist would most likely do the job of anti-reccuring cards much better. One of each might be a interesting idea. |

wah cyberdex so good! This is why I am still playing nearpad for now, where I'll find room for a couple of blacklist but will keep that one cyberdex. I'll probably continue to mess around with neh decks anyway, might look at the meat damage ones, and might come full circle come regionals and just play FA with extra shipments, blacklist, and a few new ice |
Here, take my like.
