Memory Hoarding

This is probably as much as I've wanted to refine the deck. I have a little bit of tag hate for the odd snare or some heavy tagging from something else. I've got Scavenge to keep my Overminds from clogging up my memory and to save me a few credits. I've got Kati for those turns where I'm not drawing something else I can install and the click is better served stockpiling credits.
