This is a decktype that I'll need to experiment with firsthand before I can really give any judgment to it. The idea of such a frenetic agenda race with the runner, while interesting, seems like inherently a losing battle on account of all the credits and clicks we need to advance, score, and proc Franchise City. Gila Hands Arcology and Profiteering are good econ, but the former suffers a little because you need to constantly be pumping out two agendas or so per turn (Shipment does really help this, though).
The other issue I have is the priority of the race, so to speak. The runner will almost always score their agenda first, leaving you to retaliate with the agenda left over, which gives them a natural advantage.

I think this idea will get bolstered with Data and Destiny. 15 Minutes is an autoinclude, and Quantum Predictive Model and News Team could help you pull ahead in the 1-for-1 race I described earlier as well as give the runner a little more tag fear than just trashing Film Critic. Launch Campaign could also replace PAD Campaign since you're looking to waste their runs, not their credits, and it creates faster credits Until then, I am wondering if the agendas can still be played around with a little. This probably the only deck where scoring Chronos Project does practically nothing to benefit you, so maybe The Future is Now could help speed things along by pulling out some econ or Shipment.

I definitely want to play this deck though, and see how it goes :) Do you have any experience with it atm or is it mostly just theorizing?

I'm also thinking about Eli. It is normally one of the best taxing ice, but unless those clicks are slowing the runners down and allowing you to pull ahead in the agenda race, he is incredibly porous and a possible credit sink. Ice Wall is cheaper and its strict ETR could stall R&D for a few turns or create a turn 1 scoring window to pull ahead in the race. A non-ice one might consider is Team Sponsorship. It would be another asset to bait, allow clickless installs to keep momentum, or recover trashed Pop-up Window, Franchise City, etc. Depending on how fast the deck can play and how many credits it needs, PAD Campaign may not be making the deck enough bank. Product Placement gains us what PAD makes in four turns. Or is PAD meant more for discarding with Jackson and being a target of License Acquisition?
