FTW Games Netrunner of the Year tournament. I've been playing variations of this for a while now, and it's great.

This version has an extra Consulting Visit, because I'm never unhappy to draw them. Considered including Foxfire to combat Net Mercur, but in the end couldn't pick what to drop for it. Not sure it would have made much difference in the end.
