Give the runner a deadly makeover with Touch-ups + Measured Response

With no remote, the runner will constantly attempt successful runs on HQ and R&D to steal agendas and flip Nebula Talent Management: Making Stars.
Measured Response can punish that behavior. Touch-ups is both a Fast Advance tool and a kill enabler.

Scoring Plan
Ice up R&D+HQ, operation to flip Identity, score directly from hand.

• 4x 3/2s
• 1-3x Remastered Editions + 1-3x 3/2s

4 agendas is a lot, but it only takes one turn per score given the right conditions. Next Big Thing is for lower agenda density, ability to draw the kill/boost Your Digital Life, or turn on Sudden Commandment.

For 3/2s, use Petty Cash (from Archives) and Business As Usual when possible.
At threat 3, Sudden Commandment can score 4/2s with Nebula, and 3/2s without.

Kill Threat
Mestnichestvo should be installed to have a target for Touch-ups. If not, Sudden Commandment + an Agenda can help.

• At 7 credits, Touch-ups and Measured Response can kill a runner with 7 credits.
  
• At 16 credits, Sudden Commandment and 2x Measured Response can kill a runner with 15 creds.
  

Sudden Commandment and Red Level Clearance can be chained to draw the kill.
If there are extra Touch-ups in HQ, using one loads Mestnichestvo (drain runner credits), reveals the grip, and flips the identity.

Notes

• Ice suite: Mestnichestvo necessary, the rest to taste.
• When rezzing Spin Doctor, keep future Your Digital Lifes in mind.
• Try to stay at 7 creds or above after an agenda has been scored.
