Added in extra money, extra copies of viruses and programs +2 Endurance, +3 Dirty Laundry (Mo' money!), +1 Botulus, +1 Fermenter

Is this better than Lupe?

Nah! 40 card decks are leaner machines that make you trim the fat out of a deck to get to the good stuff. Lupe's card draw and credit for trashing cards help you get the best out of his deck.
